ABOUT

Jay and Lana O’Brien have always shared a passion for motocross. Riding was just something they did together—until the summer of 2018, when Jay finally let Lana line up at the gate. From that moment on, everything changed. What began as a fun experience quickly became Lana’s purpose.

As the years went on, the dynamic shifted. It was no longer about a father and daughter racing—it became about a driven young rider chasing something bigger. And along the way, something else became clear: there was a gap in the motocross industry. Female riders weren’t getting the visibility, support, or opportunities they deserved.

That realization planted a seed.

Now, Lana and Jay are building something to change that.

They’ve created a motocross lifestyle apparel brand with a mission to support the girls and women of the sport—to give them a platform, a voice, and real opportunities. The goal is simple: to help make motocross a career path for women, not just a passion.

🎯 Year One Goals

  • Sponsor 2 female riders with financial and promotional support
  • Provide financial contributions to riders in the WMX Championship

This is just the beginning. The vision is growing, and the mission is evolving—but one thing is clear:

This is about building a sisterhood of speed. A portion of every order placed will go towards providing financial support for the ladies of motocross!

Our Team

Lana O’Brien is an emerging women's motocross racer from Valparaiso, Indiana, and a co-founder of the SOOO FAST brand, a movement dedicated to supporting women in motocross. Born on April 23, 2008, she has quickly begun making her mark in the sport, earning multiple top-20 finishes in the Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) and gaining experience at the national level.

Driven by a deep passion for racing that started at a young age, Lana represents the next generation of female riders pushing the limits of the sport. Through both her riding career and her role in building SOOO FAST alongside her family, she is helping create more visibility, opportunity, and support for girls and women in motocross. The brand itself reflects her journey—turning a personal love for racing into a broader mission to inspire and elevate female athletes in the motocross community.

Jay O’Brien is a lifelong motocross enthusiast and co-founder of the SOOO FAST brand, built with a mission to support and elevate women in the sport. Based in Valparaiso, Indiana, he has played a key role in fostering a grassroots movement focused on opportunity, visibility, and growth for female riders. Alongside his daughter, Jay helped turn a shared passion for racing into a purpose-driven brand that aims to provide both financial and promotional support to women competing in motocross. His work centers on building community, creating pathways for the next generation, and helping redefine what support for women in motocross looks like.
